COCKTAIL AND CARNATIONS : Warm up this winter evening by learning how to create two floral-inspired cocktails as we then explore the much misunderstood carnation. Gain new perspective on this ancient bloom whose species -dianthus-, stems from the Greek “heavenly flower.” Select from a unique variety of carnations and other seasonal blooms to chase the winter blues away.

KOKEDAMA : Get wrapped up in this fun, modern way to approach and display houseplants using only moss and string. Prepare to get your hands dirty while learning about this variant of Japanese bonsai as we create TWO hanging kokedama to bring home.

As florists around the world brace themselves for the impending holiday of love, learn how flowers became such a holiday staple before we create our own floral Valentines-without a red rose in sight!

Have you ever said, “If I could do it all over again…?” We say, “Let’s!” Working with a gorgeous wedding dress on display for inspiration, we will learn how to assemble flowers for a bridal bouquet and then create a hand held design worthy of doing it all over again.
